Check-in is autonomous, performed by an electronic lock with a personalized password, ensuring more freedom and convenience upon arrival. The reception is open 24 hours a day, offering security and support whenever necessary. Other things to note 🚫 Important rules we value: 🔴 The apartment and common areas are exclusive to guests registered in the reservation. 🔴 External visitors are not allowed during the stay. 🔴 Parties, events or any kind of gathering are prohibited. 🔴 Smoking is not allowed inside the property. 🔴 The barbecue and party room are managed by the condominium and are not available for guest use. 🔴 Parking spaces are monitored, but only accommodate small or medium-sized vehicles (large trucks such as RAMs do not fit). 🔴 Our commitment is to provide a safe, organized and comfortable stay for you.
