Keeping it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in Jacksboro, Texas - 1 block to downtown square. Newly renovated Non-Smoking upstairs studio apartment. Although small, this location is perfect for the single traveler needing 1-night or a week. House & Property are No smoking/No pets. Great location - walk to restaurants and shopping. 5 mins to Lake Jacksboro, 5 mins. to Fort Richardson, 5 mins. to Faith Community Hospital. Perfect North Texas location. The space This upstairs apartment shares a rectangular lot with two other Non-Smoking STR’s. Each rental has its own designated parking, as well as their own patio areas. For security purposes, exterior cameras do monitor all entrance doors at each individual rental. Please Note: This entire STR “property” is NO Smoking/No pets. Please Note: Additional fees of a minimum of $300.00 will be added. You will be asked to confirm you and anyone staying with you, have read, understand, and agree to abide by these rules. Guest access For Loft rental, most guests prefer to park on the “gravel” area in front of the stairwell, as is about 10 steps to the stairs. However, if you find that drive is too narrow or confining for your comfort level, you certainly may park in the street but must not block any driveways. Street parking, is about 40’ farther away, thus, most prefer the gravel drive. Now, if using the gravel drive, guests need to use the small apron driveway to access the gravel drive. This gravel driveway is to the RIGHT of the blacktop drive and very near the South neighbors house. The Loft Apt. driveway IS wide enough for your PU or car but barely! This is a long driveway; you may pull up near the wooden parking bumper. See pics 10-12 for visual of driveway. Also, please watch pulling in and backing out as there are children in the neighborhood. Other things to note Security camera lights the stairway. ***Please note before requesting to book: •We only accept one (1) construction worker at a time; NO exceptions. •We have a strict NO smoking/No pets policy and a minimum of a $300.00 fee will be added for smoking or pets on premises. •Please be honest in your # of persons at your original booking. •There is no grilling allowed at this location, per the Fire Marshall. •Guests staying longer than 3 nights will have an automatic “Tidy Clean”. Quick tidy in and out. You will be notified through Airbnb the evening before, the morning of, and again, before Host enters property. Please be aware this is not optional. •Last note, this listing does not have add’l entertainment such as a hot tub, swimming pool or fuse-ball table so we appreciate you not marking us down as “nothing to do”. This is Jacksboro and this is a quiet residential neighborhood and priced according to the amenities provided at this specific location. However, we have a beautiful lake area which is a quick 5 min. drive to the North, as well as historic Fort Richardson, a quick 5 min. drive to the South, it provides hiking, biking, kayaking and equestrian trails. This small apartment is 1 block from the downtown courthouse area with shopping and assorted dining options.
