Guest access Casa Di Tatiana has its own keypad lock from the main entrance and the studios or rooms, so you don't have to worry about the keys. CLEANING SUPPLIES In the common area located at the back of the house, you will find a black cabinet with a broom, mop, dustpan, bucket, and cleaning supplies when you need to clean your room or studio apartment. We appreciate it if you leave it right there for all guests to use. LAUNDRY SERVICE Despite having a laundry area with a washer-dryer on the property, it is not available to guests to avoid damage due to mishandling. We offer in-house laundry service by our cleaning staff for an additional cost depending on the number of garments. If you require it, please let us know in advance. PARKING The property does NOT have its own parking lot. However, 300 meters from the property there is a parking lot with 24-hour service for $8,000 (assumed by the guest) and paid in advance. And if you are worried about coming alone to the property, don't worry, we have a security guard in the sector who, upon a call from the guest, will accompany you to the parking lot and also to our house. Other things to note ✨ There is NO reception in our Housing, so we handle autonomous check-ins with key assignment. ✨ Our property does NOT have its own parking lot. A 24-hour parking lot is located 300 meters away for $8,000 (paid by the guest in advance). ✨ If you want to celebrate a special date, we offer a decoration service for an additional cost. ✨ We do NOT offer food service. ✨ NO pets. ✨ NO parties, NO events. ✨ NO SMOKING inside the rooms or apartments, fine $100,000. ✨ If you lose your room access card, it costs $90,000. Remember: Leave the card inside the room on the nightstand at the time and date of your check-out. You must complete a form on the Hospy platform. You'll receive an email for it or the link directly. Property access will only be granted if all guests are properly registered on the 'Hospy' platform, which is our official means of registering guests with the Ministry of Tourism. (Photos of documents are requested). - Minors must enter with one of their parents and present their printed identification document and the minor's birth certificate (if required). Entering without parental accompaniment is forbidden. When traveling without parents, a notarized permit with photocopies of IDs is required. - As managers of properties for tourism, we abide by Law 1336 of 2009, which fights exploitation, pornography, and sex tourism involving children and adolescents. -Only one visitor is allowed at a time in the studio apartment or room. Before entering, please share your visitor's details (name, ID, and photo) with our host, who must authorize entry. Please note that only valid legal documents are accepted: ID card for Colombians and passport for foreigners. - Use of Netflix is with personal accounts, NOT provided by us. - Only one visitor is allowed per apartment or room and visiting hours are from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm maximum.
