Comfortable terrace with large gardens and green areas to share with the family and supervise the children at all times. The tranquility of the place is second to none. The space 2-story house, 4 bedrooms. On the 2nd floor is the master bedroom, with a double bed, closet. The second bedroom features a full bed and a shared bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with a trundle bed each and both with a closet, shared bathroom. Only the master bedroom has a TV. Large terrace to share. The base rate is for 6 people, the value for each additional guest has a charge of $15,000 pp. Extra cleaning fee (40,000) covers washing sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of the stay.
