Clean 3 bedroom Dayton home - Furnished with all utilities and WiFi. The sheets might not match, but it's warm, clean and sleeps 5. Please note: This is not a new construction vacation home. It has not been renovated. However, our goal is to provide a clean, cost effective & basic shelter in our area. Located minutes away from Downtown Dayton, University of Dayton, The Oregon District, or Sinclair Community College. Guest access There is a locked utility closet that is not included in the rental. If you open the closet you will be asked to leave without a refund.
