The Nazareth Residence is an initiative of Italian origin dedicated to the accommodation and care of those who, whether for personal reasons or being officials of various organizations or companies, must remain in Asunción for prolonged periods, thus requiring greater comfort, privacy and services at a lower price than hotels.- For this we have a building of 12 spacious and comfortable first level apartments fully furnished and decorated. - The space The Nazareth Residence building has four floors with four apartments in each of the first three and in the fourth has a large terrace with a covered space specially designed to prepare tasty meals while enjoying a very pleasant panoramic view of the Asuncion city. - Guest access The Nazareth Residence offers our guests optional apartment cleaning services, a change of sheets and towels, as well as washing and ironing of personal clothes. - Other things to note Residence staff are permanently available in the building to provide the best care for our guests. -
