Smoking is prohibited in the entire apartment. The apartment is near pizza shops, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets. It is a five-minute walk to a bus stop that serves several lines, any of which can take you to a subway station in just 15 minutes. I live in the apartment and my girlfriend is a regular.
