The space The lovingly designed and newly renovated brick house will delight you with its historic tiles and wooden floorboards - the staircase is a dream! Facilities Holiday home: - Modern and fully equipped kitchen for culinary delights (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, dishes, coffee maker) -Dining room - Cozy living room for relaxing evenings -Guest toilet -new modern bathroom (incl. Shower, bath and toilet) -Two bedrooms for restful nights - Office with sleeping couch -Wifi A cot and high chair are provided on request. Enjoy relaxing hours in the courtyard with covered seating while the children play in the adjacent garden. The outdoor area invites you to barbecues and play fun. Guest access The cottage including courtyard and garden may be used completely. They have a private entrance, across the courtyard, with key safe at the gate. Other things to note Experience the advantages of the area: Within walking distance you will find a bakery, pharmacy, shopping and various restaurants, as well as an ice cream parlor. The leisure and adventure pool is a 5-minute walk away and invites you to refresh in the summer months. Wöllstein is the center of the landscape protection area of Rheinhessische Schweiz. Hikers can start from here to Hiwweltour Heideblick and the Rheinhessen coastal path (circular path Wöllstein - Siefersheim - Neu-Bamberg). Cyclists have two of the popular cycling routes right outside the door with the Appelbachradweg and the Hiwwel route. The surrounding cities, such as Bingen am Rhein, Bad-Kreuznach or Rüdesheim am Rhein, are only a few minutes drive away by car. You don't have a car available? No problem. Wöllstein offers an excellent bus connection. Note: The cottage will be newly furnished and equipped in December, so the inventory may differ from the current pictures.
