We look forward to your visit! The space The lovingly designed and freshly renovated brick house will delight you with its historic tiles and wooden floorboards - the staircase is a dream! Vacation home amenities: - modern and fully equipped kitchen for culinary delights (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, dishes, coffee machine) - Dining room - Cozy living room for relaxing evenings - Guest toilet - New modern bathroom (including shower, bathtub and toilet) - Two bedrooms for relaxing nights - Office with sofa bed -Wifi Cot and high chair are provided on request. Enjoy relaxing hours in the courtyard with covered seating while the children play in the adjoining garden. The outdoor area invites you to barbecue and have fun. Guest access The entire vacation home, including the courtyard and garden, can be used. You have a private entrance, via the courtyard, with a key safe at the gate. Other things to note Experience the benefits of the area: Within walking distance you will find a bakery, pharmacy, shops and various restaurants, as well as an ice cream parlor. The leisure and adventure pool is a 5-minute walk away and invites you to refresh yourself during the summer months. Wöllstein is the center of the Rheinhessische Schweiz landscape conservation area. From here, hikers can start the Hiwweltour Heideblick and the Rheinhessen coastal path (circular route Wöllstein - Siefersheim - Neu-Bamberg). With the Appelbach cycle path and the Hiwwel route, cyclists have two of the popular cycle routes right outside the door. The surrounding cities, such as Bingen am Rhein, Bad-Kreuznach or Rüdesheim am Rhein are only a few minutes away by car. You don't have a car available? No problem. Wöllstein offers excellent bus connections. Note: The cottage will be newly furnished and equipped in December, so the inventory may differ from the current pictures.
