Forest’s Edge Guesthouse & Garden Room

This unique place to stay is perfect for group trips. We have the main guesthouse (separate to our house) that sleeps five people and a separate garden room, across the courtyard that is to the side of our house. The garden room is for adults only and if there are children staying there needs to be a supervising adult sleeping in the main guesthouse. The guesthouse and garden room are perfect for a family with grandparents that want their own space and for couples looking for a trip away. The space The guesthouse is on one level, just a small step up in to the property. There is one large bedroom in the guesthouse (with a king size bed and a bunk bed and trundle) and one separate bedroom across the courtyard. Both bedrooms have king size beds. The bunk bed does take adults. The kitchen is a separate room and there is also a separate bathroom with a shower. Outside there is a massive garden, great for playing football (ball provided). There is a pergola which has a roof on it and a picnic bench for the wet days. There are three areas outside to dine and a BBQ is provided as well as a fire pit for those chilly evenings. There are a few outdoor toys for kids. There is a badminton net and rackets and board games are provided inside. Ponies, deer and foxes can be seen in the next door field from the garden. Guest access Guests have access to private off street parking for two cars, but there is room for more cars on the lane (free parking). The key can be located in a lock box next to the guesthouse. Access to the property is through a private gate to the side of our house, just next to where your car/s will be parked. Other things to note We have a separate listing called Forest's Edge - Ashurst. This is just the guesthouse and not the garden room, it sleeps 5 people. We have had over 600 reviews from guests from that listing. People love the massive garden, the views in to the next door horses field and the home from home feel inside the property.
