Bungalow by the lake with jetty, hot tub & fireplace

Welcome to a very special place - surrounded by fields and forests, but still very well connected, we invite you to our unique lake house on the nature reserve Niepkuhlen (Altrheinarm). The great facilities include, among other things, your own jetty, the wood-heated hot tub (usable as a cold tub in summer), the projector for a home theater atmosphere and the fireplace for cozy evenings. Also popular: the large gas/electric stove with seven hobs. The space The property covers about 1000 m² and is, apart from the shore side, completely fenced and almost invisible. The hot tub can accommodate 4-6 adults and there are no extra costs for use. In addition to the bathroom and living/fireplace room, there are two bedrooms for six regular sleeping places: a smaller one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a larger one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) plus two single beds (90 x 200 cm), which can be put together if necessary and used as a double bed. In the latter there is a partition/"Spanish wall". In the living room, the very comfortable sofa bed (1.10 x 200 cm) can optionally be used for a seventh sleeping space. A fall protection for one of the beds as well as a baby travel bed are also available and can be optionally provided. All windows that can be opened are equipped with fly screens and, except for the panoramic windows in the living room, all are equipped with pleated blinds. A washer-dryer and cordless vacuum cleaner are also available. The swivel grill can be used to grill over the fireplace (it is best to bring charcoal for this). Other things to note You are located between Krefeld-Traar and the recreational area Hülser Berg with numerous leisure activities. The Traarer village center is about 4 km away. The property is located in the countryside, but it is very well connected via a country road (with us 50 km/h). By car, you can reach the Krefeld city center in about 10 minutes and Düsseldorf city center and Venlo just behind the border with the Netherlands in about 25 minutes. We offer the house without bed linen and towels. There are seven single blankets (135 x 200 cm) and pillows (80 x 80 cm and 40 x 80 cm) each. We are happy to provide bed linen for €12 per person (incl. VAT). Towels for €5 per person (including VAT). There is always enough firewood. A full box is included in the price. If you need more, we will charge €8 each (including VAT). The rent for the projector is €49 incl. VAT per stay (optional). For €8 incl. VAT per hour. We are happy to offer earlier check-in/ later check-out by arrangement. For your visit, we wish you appropriate consideration for the special place - both house/facility and nature. Commercial use (e.g. photo shoot) or for special occasions (e.g. free wedding) by arrangement.
