An apartment ready to host you, open all year round and located in a building with an ancient charm dating back to the 1700s, in the center of the square of the ancient village of Cadine. Strategic location between Trento, Monte Bondone and towards Lake Garda. The space Going up to the third and last floor of the building, you will find a warm and enveloping environment thanks to the alpine style and the use of Trentino wood. Not equipped with an elevator, but with ancient and wide stone stairs, the house offers two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower tub, a kitchen and a living area with a large sofa, a dining table, a smart TV and numerous books. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove and all the necessary equipment (coffee machine, kettle, toaster...). In the large bathroom you can use the washing machine and a small space to hang out. Wi-Fi is of course free. Guest access You will find a private parking space under the house, but in the immediate vicinity there are numerous and large free parking spaces. Free luggage storage and sports equipment storage are available. Although we are 5 minutes from the center of Trento, we are 500 meters above sea level, thus being able to breathe and enjoy the fresh air typical of Trentino! From here you can set off on wonderful walks, hikes immersed in the woods, valleys, lakes and mountains, but also bike rides, crossing beautiful cycle paths and in particular the one that crosses the Valle dei Laghi leading to Lake Garda. In addition, in winter you can easily reach the ski slopes of Monte Bondone located just 15 minutes from home and the slopes of Andalo and Fai della Paganella about half an hour away by car. From these two places you can admire the spectacular view of the Brenta Group. The nearby city of Trento, which can also be easily reached by public transport, offers a beautiful historic center with its Cathedral and the Neptune fountain as well as Museums (Muse), the Castello del Buonconsiglio, alleys and streets for shopping, and from November 22 until January 6, the splendid and sparkling Christmas Market. Near Trento we find the city of Rovereto with the famous Mart, Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. If you arrive in Trento by train, take the bus in front of the station lines 1/ (Cadine Strada Gardesana stop) or 1 (Soraval stop). The house is a short walk from the stop. If you arrive in Trento by car, just follow the signs for Lake Garda. Nearby you can find restaurants, pizzerias, agritourisms, mountain huts, refuges and old high-quality inns where you can taste typical dishes accompanied by excellent local wine, immersing yourself in an excellent food and wine experience. A few steps from the house you can find some useful services such as a small supermarket, an ATM, an excellent takeaway pizza, a hairdresser, a beauty center and two bars.
