A valid Government of India photo ID is mandatory at the time of check-in. Accepted IDs: Passport, Aadhaar, Driving License, or Voter ID. 100% prepayment is required to confirm your booking and guarantee your stay. 🕒 Early Check-in & Late Check-out These are subject to availability and at the discretion of the hostel team. Arriving early? Feel free to chill in our common areas or café while your room is prepared. If you're arriving as early as 7 AM, we highly recommend booking the previous night for a seamless check-in. 🚫 Guest & Visitor Policy Only registered guests are permitted beyond common areas. We are a pet-friendly brand! 🐾 Pets are allowed in rooms, and any damages incurred will be chargeable to the pet owner. Café policy The Hosteller's Unbox Cafe serves vegetarian options. To maintain the backpacking culture and community spirit, we promote self-service in all our cafes. Cafe timings: 9 AM - 2 PM and 6 PM - 11 PM. Café timings may vary. Any form of misconduct—including harassment, verbal or physical abuse, or disruptive behavior—will result in immediate eviction without refund. 💥 Damage & Liability Guests will be held responsible for any damages to hostel property during their stay.
