Rest in the Countryside

Modern house in the heart of the Picardy countryside with a 2600 m² garden, surrounded by flowering hedges. Located in a quiet village in the Oise, you can get some rest to recharge your batteries, to meet with family or friends. The entire house is reserved for you. The space A little over 1 hour from Paris and Lille depending on traffic on the A1. House located in Oise, on the edge of Aisne and Somme, in a village of 350 inhabitants. The accommodation has 5 bedrooms with 160 x 200 beds, one of which is equipped with an additional sofa bed (if 12 people), sofa bed in the living room (If 14 people, unless it is a 6th couple. Notify us beforehand if you need it). One bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other 4 are upstairs. The house is equipped with 2 bathrooms. The one upstairs has a bathtub and the one on the ground floor has an Italian shower. Each floor has a bathroom and toilet. The house is very bright due to its south-facing location at the back. Central floor heating by geothermal energy, then fireplace with wood available in the garden. The shutters are electric except in 2 bedrooms which have skylights with blinds. Outdoor barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven. Large back garden that is not overlooked. High meadow with an area of 50 m2 enclosed by 2 bay windows, equipped with an additional refrigerator equipped with a heating umbrella for which you must provide a 13 kg Butane or propane gas bottle (regulator present for this type of bottle, see patio photo). Cellar with washing machine and dryer. Heated above-ground pool accessible from June 1 to September 15, with enclosed terrace. Electric gate with large courtyard to park your vehicles. Bakery and Tobacco Bar in Beaulieu-les-Fontaines, village next to ours. Shopping malls in Noyon and Roye about ten minutes away. You will be 25 minutes from Compiègne, for the cities of Amiens; Saint Quentin and Soissons you will take 45 minutes. Reservations: a minimum of 4 nights is required for school holiday periods. Check-in after 4pm. On departure days, the property must be returned by 2pm. Cleaning fee of 80 euros for bedding, maintenance of towels that are provided and deep cleaning. The house must be left clean upon checkout. Guest access Self check-in with access below. Other things to note Safety - Pool: Enclosed by a rigid wire mesh fence. Secure access through a lockable gate and a bay window that closes with a latch and a roller shutter. - Pool wooden deck: It is recommended to move around with shoes so as not to injure yourself. - Access to the swing slide reserved for children, weight not exceeding 50 kg. Housekeeping Fee: Includes basic cleaning and bedding/bath towels. The house must be left clean upon checkout, garbage cans emptied, bed linen to be left in the storage room. - The cleaning fee is for the maintenance of bedding and its repairs, maintenance of towels, and basic cleaning. You must absolutely make the dishes clean, clean the high surfaces (countertop, table), clean toilets and empty garbage cans. Bed sheets must also be removed without the mattress cover and lowered into the laundry basket with your towels. - The summer kitchen camera can be unplugged at the outlet, please plug it back in when you leave. You have one in front of the garage door that must remain on for the safety of the cars, it is not overlooked inside the house.
