The space Let your travel worries disappear once you book the spacious Sunshine Sweets. You'll be welcomed into this cozy, comfortable 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom property by entering the beautifully updated main level, which is both sparkling clean and easy to access. Enjoy the multiple bright and spacious living areas, designed for your comfort and relaxation. With large windows to let in plenty of natural light, the entire space is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring in the land of 10,000 lakes. Adjacent to the "Porch" is the fully equipped kitchen which are highlights of the home featuring modern appliances, maple butcher-block counter tops, and all the cooking essentials you need to whip up your favorite meals. Gather around the multiple dining tables for family dinners or enjoy a quick meal at the cutest little breakfast nook in the kitchen. *Things to NOTE* **DOGS are allowed at a rate of $150/dog/stay.** Two (2) dog limit and these rules must be followed: 1. No dogs on furniture. If your dog is used to that at home, please bring blankets or covers from home to cover the furniture. 2. Kennel your dog when away from the house. 3. Give frequent potty breaks to avoid accidents in the home. If there is an accident inside, please do your best to clean it up and let me know. 4. Must pick up after your dog in the yard. 5. Please don’t leave your dog unattended on the deck so that it barks. 6. You are responsible for any damage to the property caused by your dog, and we thank you in advance for understanding. **NO SMOKING INDOORS** This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, marijuana, and e-cigs/vapes. Smoking must be away from open doors and windows. You must pick up any cigarette butts or other smoking debris when smoking outside. If we find any evidence of smoking inside, a $1000 fee will be assessed, plus the cost to remove the smoke smell. **EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT** Available on a case-by-case basis. If able to provide early check-in or late check-out, the fee is $100/hour. When you request either option, please identify exactly the time you are seeking. **Outdoor Space** Step outside to the large, fenced-in backyard where you can go explore the 100-acre park, or grill and chill on the deck. It’s a great spot for kids to play, or for you to relax and soak up the sun. This property is also dog-friendly, allowing your pet to run freely around the fenced-in back yard and giving our Guests additional "traveling peace of mind" for their 4-legged friends. **Sleeping Arrangements** The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with four thoughtfully designed bedrooms: First Bedroom: This lovely space features an ultra-soft Queen-sized bed, plush bedding, TV, and ample storage space for all your belongings. Second Bedroom: This room features another ultra-soft Queen-sized bed designed for your comfort and relaxation, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Third Bedroom Quarters: The "Fun-Room" includes two (2) more comfy queen size beds, functionally designed on a custom-built bunk frame, giving our Guests the space they are looking for. Fourth Bedroom Quarters: This room is adjacent to the third bedroom in the lower level and offers both a cozy Queen-sized, and comfy full-sized bed giving you many sleeping options. Guest access You will have the entire home to yourself during your stay, providing the privacy and space you are looking for. We offer a keyless entry system for a simple, secure, and seamless check-in process. *Entire property excluding the detached garage* Other things to note Location Highlights: Our home is conveniently located within close proximity to nearly every major attraction MN has. Shopping & Dining: Twin Cities Premium Outlet is right down the road, along with Trader Joe's. Target and a plethora of boutique shops.
