Ideally located on the hill of Bordagain and surrounded by greenery, this spacious villa offers stunning views of the Bay of St Jean de Luz. It is perfect for family reunions: 6 bedrooms, 4 of which have a private bathroom, living rooms with bay views, and parking spaces on the property. Close to the beaches, downtown Ciboure and St Jean de Luz, you can easily enjoy all the tourist offers of this popular destination. The space House of 230 m2, completely renovated in 2024, offers many living spaces with views of the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz (bedrooms, living rooms, terraces). Sleeps 12, including 2 for children (bunk bed), 1 double bed and 8 twin beds. A few steps from the beaches and city centers of Ciboure and Saint-Jean-de-Luz, it is nestled out of sight on a hilly plot of 3,700 m². On the ground floor: • A large living area including an open kitchen, dining room and living room extended by a large covered terrace offering a beautiful view of the outside. • A sleeping area with two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. • A discreet laundry room and a toilet for more functionality. Upstairs: • Two bedrooms overlooking the bay, one with its own private bathroom. • Two bedrooms on the hill side, one of which is intended for children. • A bathroom and a shower room to share. • A living room upstairs extended by a large covered terrace with spectacular views of the bay. • Two separate toilets. Linens (bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen): The house is equipped with duvets, pillows, mattress covers. You must bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels, potholders, bath mats etc. However, a linen rental service is offered by the concierge managing the house, with the following rates: • Pack for 4 people 50 euros • Pack for 8 people 100 euros • Pack for 12 people 150 euros. To be requested and paid directly to them. Guest access Guests have access to the ground floor and first floor of the house. The top floor (attic) is not accessible. Other things to note A big advantage in the area: parking available for 3 cars on the property. No parking worries when you're in the villa. Some parts of the exteriors are under development.
