The accommodation offers all the amenities that may be needed. Just 40 minutes away, you can visit the popular cities of Kalmar, Växjö and Karlskrona and swim in clear blue waters on Öland Sit on the terrace, look out over the river and say hello to all the animals of the forest 👋🏻🫎 Welcome with your reservation! 😊 The space The residence offers large social areas where the kitchen and living room are connected in a large open floor plan. The dining table can accommodate up to 8 persons. A high chair available. On the ground floor, we also find the well-appointed bathroom (14 sqm). There is a shower and toilet as well as new washing and dryer (installed in 2024). 4-seater sofa plus two ”double” armchairs fill the social area of the ”living room”. The armchairs can be "unfolded" to two 80 beds. The kitchen is built in 2024 which means that all appliances are in new and good condition. The kitchen has everything you need for a meal in terms of, glasses, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, oven dishes and more. Stove, oven and Micro installed in 2024. Up the stairs we find the accommodation's beds. In the room there is a double bed (180 cm) with wardrobe storage. In the loft outside the room there is a 160 bed. The garden consists of a lawn of 700 sqm. Plenty of space for activities (garden games are available). The patio is about 70 sqm, where there is room for socializing, dinners and barbecue evenings.
