Roomy linen shelves in bathroom for extra storage. Full kitchen is accessed via short hall and has refrigerator, gas oven and stove with 4 cook rings and an exhaust fan and light. Kitchen has a microwave, cooking pots and pans, chef's knife, cooking utensils, etc. Place settings, drinking glasses, wine glasses are for 4 and coffee mugs for 2 people. Serving bowls and 3 glass storage containers with lids in a range of sizes. Large closet with lighting and plenty of hangars. Small drawer unit and shelving unit in closet. Dedicated small washer and dryer unit in the studio flat. Parking is plentiful, free and right out front on the street. Within 1-mile there is a business district with cafes and entertainment such as live music, bingo and games. Guest access Access is via a key coded door lock system. No keys needed.
