The space 100% BRIGHT The fully equipped and carefully decorated accommodation is on the 10th floor of a secure building with an elevator and a panoramic view of Nancy. It doesn't have internet. It consists of the following: - ENTRANCE equipped with a coat rack on the wall and a sofa - SPACIOUS BEDROOM with double bed (140x190) and wardrobe included /electric shutter - A SECOND BEDROOM: with 2 single beds (90cm) attached to the living room with glass doors. - BATHROOM with shower and sink (hair dryer at your disposal) /separate toilet The washing machine is in the shower room. - LIVING ROOM equipped with a dining table for 4 people + sofa, coffee table, and TV that has TNT channels - Fully equipped KITCHEN with hob, large fridge/freezer , dishwasher, microwave, simple traditional oven, kettle, NESPRESSO coffee maker and filter coffee maker, toaster ... You will find in the kitchen a cabinets where the following amenities are stored: iron + ironing table + hanging rack + vacuum cleaner + mop broom.... - private PARKING SPACE in the basement of the residence (max height of the vehicle 1m80) IMPORTANT INFORMATION: It is strictly forbidden to use the balconies of the apartment (even for smoking) because they are being reassigned (by a decree published by the town hall of Nancy) Bright, functional, spacious, you'll find everything you need to feel at home! Guest access The entire accommodation is at your disposal as well as the parking space in the basement of the residence.
