Inside the apartment you will find a room with air conditioning, queen bed and prepared with all the amenities and supplies necessary for a pleasant rest and a bathroom equipped with hygiene products. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary equipment to prepare dishes of your liking. You will also find a washer and dryer to which you will have free access. It also has a spacious living and dining room with natural ventilation and a fan. The balcony is another magical space where you can enjoy sunrises, sunsets and relaxing nights with the impressive view that nature offers you. You'll have access to the beautiful ocean view from anywhere in the apartment. The complex has a furnished reception area, with security and machines with soft drinks and snacks. In the common areas you will have a tennis court, basketball, green areas, two swimming pools and easy access to the beach. In these areas, you must follow the complex's rules. You can park there for free. When accessing the condominium you will also find a security guard with whom you must register your arrival. To enter the apartment you must take the key from a box with a code. The keys to enter the complex, swimming pool, and beach are inside the apartment in a container in the kitchen.
