Fiber optic Wi-Fi and smart TVs with Netflix included. The space Canto do Bem-te-vi is located two blocks from the central avenue and 3 minutes from Lake São Bernardo. It has a beautiful pergola in the garden with a green area to enjoy nature. We, the owners, live on the first floor of the house, leaving the second and third floors free and totally independent.
