Comfy large suite w/private living room & bathroom

Perfect space for the traveling professional and medical students. Decorated mix of family furniture and art (not in a thrift store reject kind of way:) Most pieces share a personal history & reflects our eclectic heritage. Except the mattress, rest assured, it's new. Also - we love to provide guests with our organic sourdough, and homemade jam, whenever we can. You will usually find pre-cut slices in your freezer to toast and enjoy. Long term - 1 person preferred Short term - 2 people The space See long term stays for cost saving tips at bottom! Your own PRIVATE living room with office chair, desk/dining area and leather couch. Basics provided in suite- Keurig, small fridge with freezer, toaster oven, microwave, hot water pot, dishes, utensils etc. Access to the shared kitchen is for long term guests. 100% cotton sheets and duvet cover. Always. Adjustable base on the queen size bed for sitting up and reading or zero gravity aficionados. Your comfort is assured:) Spacious private bath with ADA walk in shower, located across a shared hallway, but it is for your use only with a keypad. We do kindly ask you to be mindful of other guests and not run to the loo in your skivvies;) Foot traffic is VERY low, this isn't a train station so it's doubtful you will ever even see them as their unit is upstairs. Just a "heads" up. We request all guests keep normal quiet hours out of respect for other people staying here. LONG TERM STAYS: Weekly or biweekly cleaning. Fresh cotton sheets weekly. No microfiber! How to save a few bucks. FYI Vermont does not charge room tax on stays OVER 30 days. It often pays to add a few weekdays at one end of your trip to actually help you lower your cost. Stays over 21 days will incur an additional $150 deep cleaning fee billed at some point during your stay, usually in the final week. (Mandatory) All long term stays receive light housekeeping provided every week, includes bathroom cleaning and vacuuming. We will provide you with a fresh set of bed sheets weekly, as well as towels etc. We will wash the bedding and towels. Sweet, huh? :) Guest access Guests have enough to maintain a better-than-average hotel room like stay - with a fully private bedroom and private connected living room suite with mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, water heater, toaster oven. Kitchen access is reserved for our long term guests. During your stay I live on the other side of the house, so I'm as available as you need me to be. Your space is 100% private and not accessible by anyone else. Locks on all doors. If you choose the kitchen share option, you may see us, and possibly a small goofy dog or two, who might sneak through to the kitchen, but they are never allowed in your space. Other things to note Quiet hours 10pm-7am to be mindful of our other Airbnb guest apartment upstairs. No drugs or heavy drinking:) There is no smoking on the property at all anywhere. No candles or incense.
