Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is a charming, costal-themed oasis that is conveniently located and just a short drive to the beach, fishing, scalloping, and even swimming with manatees! Ideal for couples, friends, families, solo retreats, and even larger groups of up to 17 people. Relax, reconnect, and make lifelong memories with your loved ones. Two adjoining homes with a large outdoor space to enjoy. Includes boat parking and free WiFi! The space This property is peaceful and cozy with smart TV's in the living rooms and all four bedrooms. The kitchens are well stocked with cooking utensils and essentials to prepare your favorite meals. Guest access You will have access to both Units 3 and 4 entirely of Florida's Nature Coast Getaway, which includes two spacious living rooms, two full kitchens with all the essentials, four bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Pets (max. 2) are allowed on the property for an additional fee of $80, but we ask that you keep them in Unit 4 only to keep our other unit hypoallergenic. You will have access to the backyard, which is shared between Units 3 and 4. Guests are free to use the outdoor seating and BBQ area. Boat parking is available to guests at no additional cost! Other things to note Guests will be fined if pets are kept in Unit 3. No smoking/vaping, no parties/events.
