Fire pit outside with firewood and Adirondack chairs provided. Quiet neighborhood with house on end of cul-de-sac. Owners on site if you need anything. Candy machine and popcorn maker for movie night with 65-inch Smart tv and 4 recliners in the sofas. Blackout curtains in the bedroom and living room along with dimmable lighting in both rooms. The space 1 bedroom, 1 full bath. Couch and love seat in living room both have 2 recliners for comfort and watching the 65 in smart TV. We supply coffee, filters, creamer and sugar plus popcorn and oil for the popcorn maker. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are supplied in the shower. Heating and A/C unit in bedroom and in living room to adjust to your own comfort temp. Guest access Please keep pets off furniture, keep them leashed in the yard and clean up after them. Other things to note *Additional bedding is in the closet and throw blankets in the living room. *Please no smoking (this includes cannabis), vaping in the house or shoes on the white carpets.
