The space This beautifully restored home combines a bit of old and new. My home is a mix of traditional, Asian, Southwest, and contemporary styles. The guest bedroom has a lovely outdoor sitting area. The upstairs full bathroom is newly remodeled and has a bathtub and shower. There is a bright work space for projects and remote work. Begin or end your day in a sunny room designed for reading, meditation or yoga. Guest access Guests have full access to kitchen, dining and living areas as well as front porch and outdoor patio areas. Ski and bike storage is available. An attendant card is provided for use at Clear Creek Laundromat. My sister owns this business and laundry can be done there 6am to 10pm 7 days a week. It is 2 blocks away. During your stay You may or may not see me at all as I am often up early and out the door to cycle or ski. I am always available by text or phone. Other things to note This is a non smoking property. Pets are not allowed. It is not a property suitable for small children. Please help preserve the 120 year old maple hardwood floors by not wearing outdoor shoes, hiking boots or cycling shoes inside.
