Peaceful getaway at cozy 2-story lake house, two units upstairs and downstairs separate entrance. private dock on white oak lake with boat launch two houses down to access boatlaunch great fishing or hunting area. Local state parks very close by to explore; Little Grand Canyon, Poison springs battleground, White oak lake state park and crater of diamonds park. Nineteen minutes from Camden main town area. 2-bedrms, 2-living rooms, 1-kitchen, 2-bath, and large covered porch deck overlooking lake The space One bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom upstairs - street level from front door. Living area, bathroom and bedroom downstairs separately accessed. Large covered deck looking out at lake and dock. We do not have the canoe at the property we have kayaks under the bottom deck. The yard is not fenced. There are stairs on the inside and outside of the house and this house is probably not the best for children, more for adults. Guest access Door codes for upstairs and down stairs access.
