Other things to note We kindly ask that you follow our house rules to help us maintain good relationships with our neighbors, which allows us to continue hosting future guests. $1000 fine will incur if any of the following are violated: •NO loud noise or music past 9 PM •Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater. •Adult supervision of children on the property at all times. •NO shoes inside the property. •NO SMOKING/VAPING of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean rugs and scrub walls. •NO parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected. •Check-in time is 4 PM. •Check-out time is 10 AM. •NO Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up. •No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture. •No Unplugging of the electronics or appliances like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, treadmill, arcade etc. •No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) •NO PETS •No Parking other than driveway and available street parking •To avoid extra fees by Fremont Republic Services, we REQUIRE for you to put appropriate items in recycle, trash and compost bins. CONDITION OF PROPERTY: Guests shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Household inventory and appliances shall be used conventionally and respectfully. Guests shall maintain a respectable level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. EVENTS AND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY: The following activities are prohibited without the written consent of the Homeowner and will incur location fees: filming, professional photography, coordinated events or parties, miscellaneous commercial activities, music recording, or endeavors which typically incur a location expense beyond lodging. Please contact the Host for location fees. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
