Welcome to our spacious and child-friendly home in Winterberg! Perfect for multiple families who want to enjoy peace, nature and fun together. Within 2 minutes, you can walk into the beautiful nature. Our house is fully furnished for a comfortable stay. With three bathrooms and 6 bedrooms, there is plenty of privacy. A sauna, ping pong table, dart board, foosball, and lots of toys provide entertainment for everyone. This house offers everything you need for a memorable stay. The space 🏡 Spacious family house with plenty of comfort and entertainment in Winterberg Our spacious holiday home is perfect for multiple families. On the ground floor you will find two cozy living rooms: one with an extensive games closet and toys, and one with an open kitchen (fully equipped) and a large dining table. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. On the second floor, there are six bedrooms: four with double beds, one with a single bed, and one with a bunk bed plus an additional single bed. One room has an extra space for a baby cot (2 pieces are provided in the house). In several rooms there are children's toys and reading material available. Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. In the basement there is plenty of space for relaxation and fun: an infrared sauna, ping pong table, dart board and foosball table. In addition, you will find a spacious third bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a sunny south-facing terrace with a huge tree trunk table and an XXL barbecue. There is parking for 6 cars. You need to bring your own kitchen textiles. Bedlinen and towels are optional to book for €13 per person. Guest access The entire house and garden are accessible and only for guests. Other things to note 🛏️ Bedrooms & layout Our house features six comfortable bedrooms: * 3 rooms with double bed (160×200 cm) * 1 room with double bed (140×200 cm) * 1 room with a single bed (90×200 cm) * 1 room with a bunk bed (90×200 cm) and a single bed (90×200 cm) All beds are provided with a pillow and single duvets. One bedroom has an extra space where a baby crib can easily be placed. There are 2 camping beds in the house. 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen The kitchen has a fridge, small freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and two coffee makers (filter and beans). Everything you need to cook and enjoy together! 📦 What you need to bring with you You need to bring your own kitchen textiles, dishwasher blocks and toilet paper. Bed linen and towels can be booked optionally for €13 per person. We do not rent the house to young people.
