This house is located at the top of the cove and walking distance to the trails. Equally accessible to Old Town La Quinta which has fantastic restaurants, shopping and during season the farmers market. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms complete with 2 cozy living rooms and a pool. This house is perfect for family getaways or snowbirds coming for the winter. Please note PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED! 😅 Other things to note *to heat the pool is $100/day and we need 24 hours notice to get it started. *The city of La Quinta has a noise ordinance in place which means no outside music.
