There is a separate WC with hand basin. The kitchen is open plan with dining and sitting area. There is a separate dining room, sitting room and utility room. The space The house is spacious and light with gas central heating and water. The well equipped kitchen has a large fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob, electric grill and oven plus dishwasher. There are 2 TVs with DVDs one in the sitting room and the other in the open plan sitting area. WiFi throughout. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. High chair and cot are available on request. Hot tub available on request. Off road parking. The bungalow is very rural with lovely views from the patio terrace where the private hot tub is situated, a great sun trap. Kelso is only 5-10 minutes by car with its historic buildings, cobbled streets, cafes, restaurants and shops. Sevenacres is an ideal spot for exploring the Scottish Borders or a trip to Edinburgh just over an hour away. Guest access Guests have access to all of the property except garages. Other things to note Please note the hot tub is available by request only. The garden is not fully fenced in. It is landscaped (not lawned) on a slope. There is a river at the foot of the garden, gated off but awareness should be made in case of children accessing this.
