The space We're excited to announce the addition of our third short-term rental property in Puerto Rico! Perfecta Vista is located in the laid-back town of Yabucoa, just a 5-minute drive from the beach and surrounded by fantastic local restaurants. Yabucoa offers a slower pace of life, free from the hustle and bustle of tourist crowds, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the culture of Puerto Rico. Upon entering this newly renovated house, you’ll step into an open-concept kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a large island for dining, a dishwasher, a spacious refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, and an oven. We also provide all the essentials for your convenience, such as hand soap, dish soap, coffee, a coffee grinder, tea, sugar, and dishwasher detergent. This area has a mini split unit to keep the space cool and comfortable. Relax in the living room on a comfortable couch while enjoying the stunning ocean views through the windows. You can also unwind by watching your favorite shows on the smart TV, using our high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi. Our home is all on one level, making it easy to navigate. Down the hallway, you’ll find the king bedroom, a full bathroom, and a laundry room/workspace. The king bedroom features luxurious bedding, AC, a smart TV, and panoramic ocean views right from the bed. The spacious bathroom includes a large shower, and we provide a hair dryer, hand soap, towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for your comfort. The laundry room is equipped with a stacked washer and dryer, detergent, closet space, and a workspace for folding laundry or working from home. Step outside to the balcony, where you’ll be captivated by sweeping views of the ocean meeting the sky. Enjoy your morning coffee at the outdoor table or fire up the grill for a delicious meal. Head down to the pool to relax on one of the lounge chairs or take a refreshing dip in the heated pool. The soothing sounds of the pool’s waterfall, combined with the tranquil sounds of Puerto Rico, create the perfect place to unwind. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, except for one locked closet. We also keep the back door of the pool closed due to the nearby drop-offs. Other things to note Our house is located about an hour from SJU airport, but if you are arriving or leaving during a high-traffic time, it could take longer. We recommend renting a car at SJU to get to our beach house. There are limited to no taxis or Ubers in Yabucoa. Power outages are common throughout Puerto Rico due to the grid's instability. Our home is equipped with a backup solar battery that powers most of the house, with the exception of the oven and pool heater. If there is a power or water outage during your stay, we provide a grill and camp stove to help with cooking, and a back up water tank to provide water.
