Small cozy corner house

Open, bright, cozy and quiet. With a seating area and a small garden. Since I'm not always there, I rent out my home in between. So you will live like me :-), it is not a "business apartment" but it comes with life charm and is very well furnished. I don't think you'll be missing anything, but please ask if you do. Walking: 20 min to the beautiful Greifensee for walks, along the house leads into nature, 15 m to the train station and 20 min (train) to Zurich. The space The house has 2 floors, all of which is one room (about 70 sqm). The only door is for the bathroom. On the upper floor there is a wardrobe, kitchen, dining area, living room and the door to the sitting area. Downstairs is the bedroom and the bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in addition a mattress which can also be used upstairs in the living room. There is not a parking lot at the house. However, there is park and rail at the train station and a white zone in the neighborhood.
