You’ll find that you’ll never want to return home as you find yourself enveloped in the warm sunshine, mountain vistas, and complex amenities that this condo offers. The biggest selling point of this condo is the location and conveniences. It is just 10 steps from one of the many community pools and spas that this complex offers and a 5 minute walk to the Golf Course Clubhouse. What more can you ask for? The inside of the condo won’t disappoint either. As you step in, you will find a fully updated kitchen that provides all that you need to create delectable meals. After cooking, you have the option to sit around the 4 piece dining table or lounge on the patio for al fresco dining which also features a BBQ as well. The living room features plenty of sitting for you and your guests to sit around and watch a movie on the large Smart TV with cable access. As you retire for the day, you can rest in the large primary bedroom that features King bed, HDTV, electric fireplace and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is located on the opposite end of the unit to ensure that you and your guests will have plenty of privacy. This room features two queen beds, HDTV, and access to the front patio. The guest bathroom with shower/tub combo is just outside this room. Come and stay at Mesquite Golf Escape, where you’ll have 5 pools and spas, two tennis courts, and a 18-hole golf course to indulge in. It is also just 5-10 minutes to many shops, restaurants, and downtown Palm Springs. This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum during the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Property Management provided by Oranj Palm Vacation Homes Other things to note This property is professionally managed by Oranj Palm Vacation Homes and it is required to submit a signed rental agreement by the guest/tenant within 48 hours of an accepted Airbnb reservation. Failure to submit this signed agreement within 48 hours will result in a cancellation of the reservation. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RENTAL: - Responsible party (YOU) must be 25 years or older per city laws to sign rental agreement. - Per Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance, the maximum occupancy allowed is 2 people per bedroom PLUS an additional 2 if they are 12 years of age or under only. - Violation of any rules/ordinances listed below may result in fine(s) and/or immediate eviction. Renter agrees that any such fines will be charged to the credit card on file. - All cancellations subject to a $75 cancellation fee regardless of time frame. - No house parties: An unauthorized party or event at the property will lead to your immediate removal from the property. The city of Palm Springs has strict vacation rental ordinances regarding parties. Your cooperation is appreciated. - No outdoor music allowed at any volume at any time of day (This includes any music, at any volume, on any device such as a cell phone) any indoor music which can be heard from the street OR from the neighboring property is prohibited. Your cooperation is appreciated. - No smoking indoors. Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere inside the house. If smoking outside, please follow HOA rules and make sure to use an ashtray and collect all cigarette litter. - AC/Heating - Please DO NOT turn AC below 74 degrees during summer, turning AC lower than 74 will not cool the house faster and may freeze the AC system. - Please make sure you keep all doors and windows shut in summer/winter to conserve energy. We monitor energy usage at all properties, and you may be charged an additional energy fee if energy usage is 20% or more above normal. - Our properties do not include RV, trailer, 5th wheel, etc. parking. Other arrangements will need to be made. - Please do not place hot or wet plates or cups directly on furniture, use coasters. HOUSEKEEPING & MAINTENANCE: - Guest/tenant must notify upon check-in or within 24 hours of any housekeeping complaint or property maintenance issue. - Please, DO NOT attempt to fix anything yourself, please call us immediately. -Broken/Missing items: we much prefer that you report to us any items broken or missing upon your departure. We understand that accidents happen and would appreciate your honest cooperation if something went wrong while at the house. BEFORE YOU LEAVE CHECKLIST: - ALL trash should be tied in garbage bags and put in your trash bin prior to departure. Excessive trash left at the property may incur extra charges. - Laundry – please remove all dirty sheets and towels and place in the laundry area/room. We would appreciate if you start a first load of laundry. - Please do not re-arrange the house décor or move furniture. - Close and lock all doors and windows, set the alarm on if a code was provided to you. - Make sure to turn all lights and electronics off, including pool/SPA lights, shut off the AC, and turn SPA off. - Return all sets of keys, gate passes and garage door openers to our Smoketree office.
