50 shades of Green: between the sea and the land

About 100Km far from Rio, in the Km453 of Rio-Santos Highway (BR-101) in a closed condominium, excellent house with two floors and external social area, between the sea and the mountain. Privileged view to the islands of the bay of the big island A perfect place to rest beside the lush nature or socialize with family and friends ones. A great opportunity to build unforgettable memories enjoying our sauna overlooking the sea and our infinity pool! The space On the first floor are the living room, dining room and TV (where it is possible to accommodate 2 people on the sofa bed), outdoor area with balcony and sea view, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and service area. On the 2nd floor there are 3 suites with balcony and sea view, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds and a bathroom. The Gourmet Space with Barbecue, Swimming Pool and Steam Sauna is located one level below the 1st floor, accessible by two independent stairs. In this area there is also a cooktop and a freezer. The proximity to the sea in this area is a separate attraction, with the unmistakable sound of the waves to relax, for example, lying in one of our hammocks. Going down another staircase, it is possible to get very close to the sea in our 50 shades of green lookout. From there, when permitted by the tides and sea situation, it is possible to swim (be careful, we do not have a lifeguard, and the decision and responsibility to enter the sea is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the guests, without any solidarity on our part). Guest access New condominium, with few houses, some under construction and lots, but with a lot of green area and native fauna, highlighting several species of birds and some harmless lizards. The condominium has a deck for common use with a leisure area for sunbathing and sea, located less than 100m from the entrance of the house. CONDOMINIUM RULES: As approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Village das Conchas Condominium held on 6/8/24, our guests (as well as all renters of seasonal homes in the condominium) must follow the following rules recorded in the minutes to avoid warnings and penalties: The.
