Casa Valley Boutique

Casa Valley Boutique is a beautiful small one-story house equipped with everything you need for total convenience and comfort. The most notable thing about its location is that it is surrounded by lush vegetation and large gardens with many trees, which gives a magical feeling of being in the middle of a forest. It is perfect for coming to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of work and everyday life and reconnect with yourself, peace and nature. The space After passing through the garden and before entering the house, we find a pleasant outdoor dining area. Upon entering the house, we will be in the spacious living-dining room, where the sofas and TV are located, as well as a projector for setting up a home theater. In the upper part of the living room, we will discover the most cozy secret of Casa Valley Boutique: the attic, which has a skylight ideal for resting while looking at the starry sky. Going back downstairs, we'll find the main table and a bar perfect for preparing fresh cocktails. On the left is the master double bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom and a lockable door that opens directly to the garden. On the right is the second double bedroom, also with an en suite private bathroom and a lockable door with direct access to the garden. To the right of the living-dining room and before the kitchen, we find the shared bathroom connected to a small laundry area. Next is the kitchen, which is fully equipped and has a lockable door with direct access to the garden. Casa Valley Boutique is located in the heart of the Lecrín Valley, a paradisiacal enclave halfway between the Granada coast and the city center of Granada. This means it has a strategic location that is ideal for sightseeing in the historic center or exploring the beach and the mountains that this charismatic province offers. Guest access Guests will have access to a large pool, 15 m long x 7 m wide, which is SEMI-PRIVATE since it is SHARED WITH ANOTHER PROPERTY (specifically with the house of the owners, Carmen and Ron, their teenage daughter Aya, and their dogs Xana and Trasgu). *The pool area is only available in summer, with access restricted the rest of the year. A VERY IMPORTANT NUANCE!! In the garden area (shared with the owners' house and the Valley Boutique clinic), there are TWO LARGE DOGS roaming freely. They are very good-natured, noble, and not at all dangerous, but it is a detail to keep in mind. IF THEY WANT TO BRING PETS IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THEY CONSULT US BEFORE BOOKING. In addition, the facilities within the garden include Valley, the Boutique Clinic, which offers aesthetic medical treatments by Dr. Carmen Gallego, as well as relaxation and wellness treatments such as facial cleansing, pressotherapy, or decontracting and relaxing chiromassages, which our guests can book to make their stay a rejuvenating experience.
