Casita El Solecito is equal distance from the entrance of Asuchillo beach, the club house and the sea salt restaurant. Our Home features an "open" floor plan which enables you to fully experience the ocean air and tropical greenery that makes Nicaragua so special. Other things to note Golf cart not included but available for rental during your stay. The main gate will charge a MANDATORY resort fee of $27/night upon arrival. IF YOU DO NOT PAY THIS, you cannot stay! Resort Fees: Gran Pacifica charges a resort fee to all guests renting inside the community. This resort fee is to be paid at the Front Gate upon entry. The charges are ($27.60US) per night up to 7 days. After the 7 days no additional fees are charged. This is completely out of our control. THIS FEE IS MANDATORY AND MUST BE PAID BY YOU AT THE MAIN GATE UPON ARRIVAL! Note: We experience intermittent wifi issues and there are occasional power outages. This is the middle of the jungle. Please be patient with us. PS. Any late check-ins (after 6pm) will require a $20 late fee to be paid to Massiel on site.
