The villa features 3 cozy bedrooms, each furnished with a plush double bed; living room boasting comfortable couches, dining hall is equipped with a dining for 6 guests, and kitchen is outfitted with all the essential amenities to whip up delicious home-cooked meals. The garden gives ample seating for a quiet time under the stars. The villa offers a private parking access. The space STRICTLY NO PARTIES. Silent zone from 10 pm to 6 am (no loud music and noise as its quiet neighborhood) Check in: 01:00 PM, check out: 11:00 AM , however flexible with early check-in if possible. Valid government IDs required at check in The Area: The place has 3 bedrooms (both Air-conditioned), 3 washrooms (2 attached), a living room, dining and tv area, kitchen and a front yard sitout. The Kitchen: All the Basic Amenities (gas stove, microwave, cutlery) provided in the kitchen. The guests are expected to clean the used cutlery before their check out. Other things to note: - If required, extra mattress will be provided for the guests. - The property is PET FRIENDLY. - Free Wifi - Free parking in house.
