A small flat in a gated community with all the infrastructure. Parking, swimming pool, game room, sauna, laundry, bike rack, gym, tennis court, kiosks with barbecue, children's area and large green area. The space Pets must be on a leash and walk with their owners inside the condominium. Guest access Guests can access all common areas of the condominium and enjoy all available facilities. Other things to note The Flat has 40 square meters well divided. A balcony with a hammock where you can rest from the beach or have a cold drink next to lots of greenery. We do not provide beach chairs (only in the condominium pool area). We do not provide bed linens, bath linens, or toiletries. These items can be ordered separately at a laundry cost if the guest is unable to bring them. The Flat has pillows and blankets. We always leave a towel and a change of bedding.
