Courtyard with views across the road to the marina, the main bedroom has sliding doors which open out to the courtyard facing the marina. The second bedroom also has a door to the courtyard as does lounge/ dining room. The Northeast facing courtyard has outdoor lounge seating with coffee table to soak up the sun and marina views. One secure undercover parking space under the complex with lift access to the apartment. (Maximum vehicle height is 2.2M) Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and sitting area with two chairs and coffee table to enjoy your morning coffee in private whist looking out to the courtyard. Huge walk-in robe equipped with plenty of wardrobe storage and clothes hangers. Blockout blind in bedrooms and privacy blinds in loungeroom.
