Enjoy easy access to all of Eugene/Springfield and the surrounding areas from this conveniently located ADU! Just a two-minute drive to McKenzie Willamette Hospital, and a stone's throw from Downtown Springfield, this recently constructed ADU offers a full kitchen and bath as well as separate bedroom. Guests will appreciate a quick 9-minute drive to Autzen Stadium and a 10-minute drive to Beltline! The Cozy Casa sits separately, but on the same property as the main residence, which is occupied. The space Built in 2023, this space comfortably fits two people and includes a full washer and dryer. Guests will enjoy the secluded back patio, which includes a hot tub. *Importantly, the ADU sits on the same property as the main residence. While there is a small gate that provides some separation between the two front yards, there isn't a lot of distance or privacy between the main home and the ADU (from the view of the front porch). It's not uncommon (especially in the warmer months), to see or hear the family from the main residence playing and visiting outside. It's also not uncommon to see toys and play equipment on the side of the gate where the main residence is. This home has one queen size bed and a sleeping cot. Guest access Guests of the ADU have full access to the entire interior of the ADU as well as the front porch, side yards and back patio of the ADU. No access is given to the main residence or any areas of the property that sit on the north side of the separation gate.
