Originally a dwelling and then the farm office and music room. Lovingly converted by one of our ex young people on our school project, Craig has returned the building back to a stunning property with high bedroom ceilings / beams, king size beds, stable doors & a log burner. Small but nice patio garden with mini bbq. We have tried to create a calm & relaxing setting with warm lighting, Roberts DAB radios and a bath with bath salts made by one of our young people! Also included; Natural hand wash, shampoo and bodywash. Eco cleaning products. Bamboo toilet roll. Tea, Coffee, Hot Choclate and fresh milk plus arrival snack. Cotton towels & bedding. We are surrounded by stunning walks including lakes & apple orchards. Few board games, local guides plus an acoustic guitar! We are 2 minutes drive from the A303. 15 mins from Crewkerne train station and 25mins from Castle Cary station. Bus route 52 from Yeovil. Plenty of on road parking. Guest access Entire property. Entry via private front door. Small (16ft x 13ft) private walled and fenced rear garden (Patio) with adjoining gate. 3 steps down to garden from back door. Use of tumble dryer in next door property during daytime hours. Other things to note We very much enjoy other peoples company & meeting new people, but also very happy to allow for full privacy. We have lived here all our lives and therefore have good knowledge of the area and amenities. Lots of local pubs / restaurants including within walking distance. Welcome pack on arrival including tea, coffee, fresh milk and a little treat. Some goodies available for purchase onsite which benefits a young peoples housing project. Eco handwash / washing up products. Natural shower gel and shampoo supplied. Acoustic guitar and board games. Cotton bedding plus bath towels. Both bedrooms have hanging wardrobes, Tv's, DAB radios, bed side lights, hair dryers, Extra heater (likely not needed as very warm property). The street is a very quiet street and we are good friends with the neighbours. Therefore the house is not for party / noisy events. We very much welcome those who would like a break, holiday or on business who would like a place to chill or relax. Please note that the stairs are fairly steep and only a handrail for part of the staircase. The rear garden is enclosed & has steps down from the door. The garden is small and mostly patio and hosts an egg chair, small table & chairs plus mini BBQ. High Chair available (No cot). No stairgate due to narrow stairs. Dog bowls and biscuit's!
