Enjoy the tranquility of our rustic 2.4 acre grounds, where you can rejuvenate away from crowded resorts. Our prime location provides easy access to the waterfront, allowing you to launch a kayak or enjoy a refreshing swim. Take the time to explore the marina dock, where you can view the boats and observe the diverse wildlife that calls this area home. Embrace the charm of a peaceful retreat in nature while indulging in the comforts of luxury at Headwater Marina. Guest access Guests have full access to the property, excluding the caretaker’s home and the old boat barn. Kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards are available at the dock and are included with your rental upon completion of a waiver form. The wood shed, located near the parking area, is stocked with firewood for the fire pit; please check for any fire bans before use. The hot tub and outdoor washroom are shared amenities, with the exterior washroom also available for use by dock moorage patrons. Feel free to relax or picnic on any of the grassy areas, with picnic tables provided at two convenient locations. Other things to note *** IMPORTANT NOTE: Our property is rustic and set on natural terrain with tired rock walls, uneven ground, and elevated areas without barriers. For this reason, it may not be suitable or safe for young children. We therefore recommend that only guests 12 years and older stay with us. ON ANOTHER NOTE, as adults, you may enjoy watching the sunset from the dock, or swim in the bay, kayak, paddle board or canoe. In the winter, enjoy the hot tub, wood stove, fire pit, or hike on our countless, magical, rainforest trails. Full meals can be made on the BBQ (with side burner) as the kitchen is fully equipped.
