The space Each of our two (2) Balais still offer exclusivity and privacy from each other. Both have separate entrance gates and parking areas but are also easily accessible via another gate within the resort grounds. In each Balai, you’ll find all the comforts of home with a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms. The large windows and open design allow for plenty of natural light and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Enjoy your mornings with a cup of coffee on the expansive deck, or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine by the pool deck or campfire. Located just a few minutes from popular tourist destinations and close to the city, you’ll have easy access to local attractions while enjoying the peace and tranquility of a natural setting. The Balais are situated in a safe and secure environment, perfect for a worry-free stay. Balai Suwa comfortably accommodates up to 15 people while Balai Lubi is designed for groups of 2 to 6 people, making it an ideal choice for both intimate escapes and gatherings with friends, family, or even company team buildings or parties. The rate stated is good for 16 pax. Additional guests would be charged 500 each up to 21 pax. For your convenience, we have dedicated staff on-site to assist with any needs you may have, ensuring your stay is comfortable and stress-free. Unlike hotels, staying at our villa offers a warm, home-like atmosphere where you can truly relax and feel at ease. Please note, as the Balais are set in a natural environment, you may encounter some insects during your stay. We take measures to minimize their presence, but they are a part of the authentic experience of staying so close to nature and are mostly harmless.
