Use of provided stand-up boards, kayaks, lily pad and other swim toys in dock box. House has 4 TV's with one on back deck. Listen to your tunes via wireless receiver to outside speakers while soaking in hot tub. Plenty of adult/kids games, indoor and out. Boat/Jet Skis not for use but you can bring your own. Plenty of things to enjoy anytime of the year. The space Home has 3 bedrooms with an additional pull-out couch in 2nd family room and available Queen blowup mattress for kids with bedding provided. Lots of space inside as well as out. Has large back yard with automatic lights in yard as well as dock. Use of fire pit, hot tub, hammock, bar and outdoor games. Guest access Guests can use boat dock for fishing and relaxing but boat and jet skis are not for personal use. However, you can bring your own and launch via private boat ramp down the street for free. Entrance to sheds on property is not allowed.
