This 34 sqm duplex, spread over two levels, is ideal for a couples getaway, with children, solo, or for a professional stay. On the ground floor: You will find a warm living space consisting of a living room with sofa (non-convertible), TV and Wi-Fi connection with FIBER (for calls and internet), as well as a well-equipped kitchenette: fridge, microwave, gas stove, piston coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster and teapot... A small functional bathroom completes this level, with shower and toilet. Upstairs (accessed by a narrow milling staircase 60 cm wide): The sleeping area consists of two cozy bedrooms (half open partition separated by a curtain). One is equipped with a 140cm double bed (Emma Comfort mattress), while the other includes an 80cm pull-out bed that can be transformed into a double bed (2x80) 160cm. An office area and a dressing room complete this space. An umbrella bed is also available upstairs.
