Just a 5-minute drive from Gençay, you will find all amenities (doctor, supermarket, pharmacy, cinema, laundromat). The region offers many activities and sites to discover: Parc de la Belle, the source of Puyrabier, Vallée des Singes, Futuroscope, Aquascope, Chauvigny, Défi Planet, Terre de Dragons, Tèrra Aventura, canoeing, tree climbing... The space Old outbuilding carefully renovated – charming small duplex of 34 m² Welcome to this small, completely refurbished cocoon, combining the charm of the old with modern comfort. This 34 m² duplex, spread over two levels, is ideal for a couples getaway, with children, solo, or for a business trip. On the ground floor: You will find a warm living space consisting of a living room with sofa (non-convertible), TV and Wi-Fi connection with FIBER (for calls and internet), as well as a well-equipped kitchenette: fridge, microwave, gas stove, piston coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster and teapot... A small functional bathroom completes this level, with shower and toilet. Upstairs (accessible via a narrow 60 cm wide miller's staircase): The sleeping area consists of two cozy bedrooms (open half partition separated by a curtain). One is equipped with a 140 cm double bed (Emma Comfort mattress), while the other includes an 80 cm pull-out bed that can be transformed into a double bed (2 x 80) 160 cm. A desk area and a dressing area complete this space. A folding crib is also available upstairs.
