Situated on 9 acres you have all the amenities of home and your privacy. Due to the unique living arrangements this home is not suitable for small children. The main house has one bedroom, full kitchen, living room, and bathroom. There is a detached Casita that features a bedroom with half bath *please note, the casita does not have hot water* The home is on a well, water pressure is much lower than what you are used to in the city. The space Our home is located roughly 0.75 miles down Nogal Canyon Rd. It is a gravel road but it fully accessible even if there is snow. The home is on a well and septic. This means nothing but toilet paper can be flushed and water pressure is low. Even "flushable" wipes will clog the septic. The main house has a brand new king size bed, full bathroom with washer and dryer as well as a half bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked ready for you to make yourself at home. A casita is located next to the main house and includes a queen size bed, TV, and half bathroom. The half bathroom does only have cold water. The main house has a mini spilt in the bedroom for AC and heat. The rest of the home and casita have ceiling fans to keep you cool. During winter there is a gas fireplace in the main house and a wall heater in the casita. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the owners closest in the master bedroom and the shop. Both will be locked. Other things to note Please note, this home is not child proof nor is is suitable for young children. There is a large step going into the home. 2 steps going into the bedroom, and 1 step into the bathroom The casita is separate from the main home and while it has a half bath it does not have hot water. The home is on a well and septic. Water pressure is much lower than what you might be used to. Being on a septic do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Guests who clog the toilet will be responsible for plumbing fees if wipes or other non flushable items are found.
