This house is very beach inspired. Though from the outside it may seem like a small house, do not judge a book by its cover because the inside is very spacious and beautifully decorated, and can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. There is to be absolutely no loud music or parties/large gatherings of any kind. Although you have the unit to yourself, there are shared walls with the tenants next door. This means that you will most likely hear noise during your stay. The space The 1st bedroom (master bedroom) is located upstairs and has a queen bed. The bedroom has a TV, a portable AC unit, and can sleep 2 people. The 2nd bedroom has 2 trundle beds. Trundle beds are bunkbeds but they have single beds at the bottom that can be pulled out. This room can sleep up to 8 people! None of the bedrooms have a private attached bathroom. There is only 1 full bathroom in the house which is located upstairs next to the master bedroom. The living room is very spacious equipped with a TV and some toys for the kids. There are multiple dining areas, and the full kitchen is equipped with basic cooking necessities. Other things to note For the safety of our other tenants, we listed this house in a general location. The house is about 2 minutes away from a popular local cafe called "Trung Nguyen" on Bolsa and Magnolia. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.
