We are located in the beautiful Downtown area of Georgetown, only minutes walking to the Main Street which has several cozy coffee shops restaurants and services. The Farmer’s Market runs from May to October. Enjoy nearby hiking trails and many annual events including Georgetown Highland Games (second Saturday in June, RibFest and Downtown Palooza in July, Rock n Roll Classic Car Show in August) plus many more! The space Our guest suite is a self-contained suite for the exclusive use of our guests. It is fully equipped for two adults, one child and an infant. The guest suite has its own private entrance and driveway at the rear of the house with space for two cars. The Kitchen / Dining area has a fridge/ freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Utensils, pots/ pans, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, french press, over the cup coffee cone with filters, cereals, teabags, coffee and sugar are provided. Large dining table with chairs to eat at or use as a workstation. Bedroom Queen Size bed - bed linens and pillows are provided. Single folding bed with a 4” memory foam mattress available on request. (190.5 cm L x 96.5 cm W x 38.1 cm H) For guest travelling with babies / toddlers We have a playpen, high chair and baby bath Bathroom has a bathtub/ shower combo. Towels, facecloths, shampoo, conditioner and body gel are provided. Laundry Washing machine/ dryer with laundry detergent and drying sheets are provided. Guest access The entrance to the guest suite is located at the back of the house with space for 2 cars in a separate driveway used only for guests.
