Relax with the whole family and make yourself comfortable in this peaceful country home, only 5 minutes from the heart of Naracoorte. The main room is a spacious King bedroom, followed by a Queen bedroom, kids room with 3 small single beds and a 4th room is a large/king single bedroom. A comfortable reclining lounge suite with smart tv, free Paramount plus streaming and a cosy wood fire in the winter. large kitchen and dining area with French doors leading to a great outdoor entertainment area with BBQ. Secure back yard, that includes the deck and back sliding door from the playroom. Bathroom has a shower and bath with separate toilet Laundry has a washing machine, dryer and outside clothesline Large covered front verandah and carport keeps you sheltered no matter what the weather. The home is surrounded by a beautiful large lawn area, with a fruit orchard and gardens. You will find a dishwasher, large fridge, Wi-Fi and air conditioning to make your stay comfortable. Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy however bedrooms will be restricted if you have not paid for additional guests. We use the sheds and outbuildings for our farming these are not to be accessed. For your own safety stay out of the paddocks and the aviary. Other things to note We are excited to have just completed the bathroom renovation, which gives the home an additional toilet and upgraded shower etc. This is strictly a NO PARTY property. All guests staying at the property must be accounted for and approved in the booking. The sheds are used for farm work, so you may see us accessing the sheds from time to time as needed.
