Enjoy a private space that is near everything as we are located centrally to town. -Located 1min walking distance away from town. -Our rooms have their own private CR with hot & cold shower. With fresh & clean beddings. -The only shared spaces are the kitchen (1 indoor & 1 outdoor) & bonfire area. Kitchens equipped with eating (plates, spoon, fork, cups) and cooking paraphernalia (pots, pans, spatulas, knives, etc.) Bonfire area can accommodate 20 people. -With parking space The space 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐔𝐬 “𝙄𝙙 𝙎𝙞𝙙𝙞” is a Kankanaey phrase for “𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚/ 𝙙𝙤𝙤𝙣 𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜.” We are a simple family-owned business that’s been offering 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 rooms since 2017. -Our Rooms: We have rooms good for 2, 4, 5, 6 pax. 😊 EACH room has its attached private CR with HOT AND COLD SHOWER. With fresh & clean beddings. -We do not serve meals but we have a COMMON kitchen for guests equipped with eating (plates, spoon, fork, cups) and cooking paraphernalia (pots, pans, spatulas, knives, etc.). Sagada has a lot of cafes and restaurants but you’re also free to cook your own food to save money. 🤑 The nearest store for your groceries is the Sagada Community Consumers Coop Store & Restaurant. -Experience 🔥 as our Bonfire area can accommodate 10-20 people. 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝟵:𝟯𝟬𝗣𝗠 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲. 𝗕𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟵:𝟯𝟬𝗣𝗠. 🙏Sagada is a solemn place with no “night life.” Additionally, guests are advised to sleep early to enjoy their morning itineraries (sunrise, Marlboro Hills, Blue Soil, etc.) Health is Wealth. :) 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 -We are within town, near the road where buses and vans pass through (perfect for commuters). Search for “𝗜𝗱 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗶 𝗜𝗻𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮” on Gmaps, Maps, Waze. Our establishment is 𝟭-𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱 so our premises are 𝙖 𝙗𝙞𝙩 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙛𝙖𝙧 since we are walking distance from a LOT of stores, restos, cafes, souvenir shops, bus terminal/paradahan 😊 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 (1 min - Sagada Weaving, Cafe Valeria, Sagada Community Consumers Coop Store Restaurant & Gasoline Station, Cangbay’s Store, Sagada Collections Souvenir & Gift Shop, Bureau of Fire Protection Office) (5min/ 300meters - 𝗦𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝘂𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽, St. Theodore of Tarsus Hospital) For commuters, you may ride 𝗚𝗟 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗼 𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗢𝗗𝗔 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮. (6min / 350 meters - St. Mary the Virgin Church/Jump-off point for Echo Valley/Hanging Coffins/Paytokan Walk Tour) (7min / 450meters - 𝗦𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, PNP Office, Sagada Munisipyo, Centrum, Sagada Public Market) -Our parking: For those with private cars, parking areas are off-premises 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘂 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴. Rest assured that these parking spaces are safe. 𝐃𝐔𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐘: -Check-in times are 10am and check-out times are on/before 12PM. However, feel free to message us for earlier check-in times or extended check-out times if needed. We may or may not accommodate your request depending on the reservation status of the rooms. Of course, for rooms with no immediate reservations, we can let you check in earlier or check out at a later time. :) -I may be out of Sagada most of the time for school but my parents are always available to assist you upon your check-in. 😊 -Upon check-in, 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲. Each guest will be paying a 𝟭𝟬𝟬-𝗽𝗲𝘀𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝗲 plus insurance fees that start at 50 pesos per person. You will be given a list of tourist sites you may explore along with the contact information of registered guides that you may acquire. You may message us for the price list of tourist sites or check out the FB Page of our Tourism Office so you can financially prepare beforehand. - 𝗦𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 “𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸” 𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. This is to avoid traffic especially as the majority of our roads are 2 lanes only. Guests may hire “𝘀𝗵𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀” to transport them to the jump-off points of various tourist sites which you can coordinate with your guide after registration. 😊 Guests may also hire 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗯𝘀/“𝘁𝗼𝗸𝘁𝗼𝗸𝘀” to tour around. Each toktok may accommodate up to 3 people max and their base rate starts at 25 per person. - 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗮 𝗟𝗢𝗧 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮. All tours involve either hiking, spelunking, etc. Please bring your necessary medicines and be physically prepared beforehand. Stay safe and holistically healthy to enjoy your tours. :) - For cafes, restaurants, food, etc., anticipate the price range to start at 200-500 per person. Most ingredients are sourced locally and are prepared fresh for you. If you love to try local delicacies, Sagada is known for its pinikpikan, etag, yogurt, lemon pie, brewed coffee, and wine. Food establishments famous among tourists include Log Cabin, Salt & Pepper, Sagada Bistro, Yogurt House, Lemon Pie House, Piitik Wines, etc. Of course, you’re always free to cook your own food at our common kitchen. 😊 - For the weather, Sagada is generally cool all-year round. Rainy seasons usually start from May-October but this may vary. For more accuracy, we advise you to kindly check the weather apps in advance on the particular dates of your stay. - During your stay, we highly encourage you to reach out to us if you have any problems that we can address.
