Located just outside Benalla in Lurg, and only 2.5 hours׳ drive from Melbourne, Bosk is an ideal retreat for families, and groups of friends looking for a quiet break or a base to explore Victoria's stunning High Country. The space Spacious Living: Enjoy a newly renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom bush retreat, offering generous living and dining areas. With two queen bedrooms, a double bunk room, and an additional study with a single bed, there is ample space for up to 9 guests. Cosy Interiors: Relax in the minimalist Scandi-inspired interior adorned with abstract art. Curl up by the wood fire or enjoy a book in the egg chair on the verandah. Outdoor Adventures: The beautiful garden and expansive grounds are perfect for picnics, playing totem tennis, or watching the local wildlife. Say hello to the resident kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, kookaburras and many more unique creatures as you stroll the property. Modern Conveniences: Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and espresso coffee machine. Stay connected with fast, fixed wireless internet and a Smart TV ready for your streaming accounts. Family-Friendly The property includes kids' books, toys, games, a cot, toddler bed guard and highchair, ensuring comfort for our youngest guests. Guest access As the only residence on the property, you'll enjoy privacy and have full access to the house at Bosk Haven. Check-in when it suits you, using the custom coded key lock. Cars may be parked in the double carport (2 covered car spaces) or in front of the house. The property has a circular driveway and a cleared gravel paddock for additional car or trailer parking. The garage and shed are locked and for owner use only. Please note: access to the property is via unsealed dirt roads. Other things to note Getting around: You will need a car to reach the property and there is ample parking for all. Nearby adventures: Once you’re relaxed and ready to explore, there is plenty to do out and about. You can stay local and enjoy the cafes, playgrounds, parks, restaurants, shops and street art in nearby Benalla (15 mins drive away). Or get out and about and discover the award winning wineries of the King Valley, the gourmet delights of Milawa, all things Ned Kelly at Glenrowan or historic Beechworth.
